Our Core Departments
There are countless reasons why our service is better than the rest.
Nuclear
Mainly double-sided silicon microstrip detectors utilising N-Type and P-Type silicon
Nuclear
Wide range of projects including R3B/ ISOLDE/ MINOS/ HIRA/ BELLE2/ GASPARD and more recently for CLIC/ LHCb/ ATLAS
View MoreSpace
Wide range of space-qualified detectors, ranging from 9um to 1500 um thickness
Space
NASA/ ESA/ JAXA. Project examples include JUICE, HNX, SOLAR PROBE PLUS, RBSP, GOES-R for NOAA and CUBESATS
Diamond
Single-crystal detectors, offering full 12 months warranty,
Diamond
Unique properties include picosecond response times, suitable for high temperature operation, radiation hard and ultra low leakage
OEM
Mass production of standard catalogue designs, delivered at competitive prices and just in time.
OEM
Examples include silicon gamma transient detectors / proton monitors / back scattered electron detectors for electron microscopes

Most of our designs are custom-based. We do also have several ‘standard catalogue’ products which meet our customers’ requirements. Catalogue detectors generally have a range of options including dead layer window (implant/window types), metal coverage, silicon / diamond thickness and package type.
We sometimes have production overruns, creating excess stocks.
